On 1/17/24 I had a frozen pipe break and flooded my house. The Remediation Company came out to clean up the water and introduced me to Springtree Restoration. I can’t say enough about how AMAZING this company is!! They are very knowledgeable about the industry they are in and processes with Insurance Claims. AJ, James, Al, and Nate are AMAZING. Very patient with questions I asked, Kept in direct contact with me at all times. They had 40 other projects going on at the same time and they made me feel like I was their only project!!! Spring tree came through for me after a natural disaster when no other company would call us back. They did an amazing job getting my house back in order and looking almost brand new even down to the paint which at first was barely noticeable the wrong color but the painters caught it and got the right. I contacted Bryan and Bryan to complete a home inspection. They were very professional. The inspector, Aaron, called to let me know he was en route to complete the inspection. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very thorough. After the inspection, he called and relayed the key points of the inspection. He also insured that he locked all the doors and left the property secure. I am delighted Aaron was assigned to inspect my property and would highly recommend him to others.

Our inspector was so great! He was extremely thorough with his inspection, even though it was a new build. I wasn't able to attend the inspection in person; therefore, he called and reviewed with me over the phone. He did such a great job talking me through his findings and how to best print the report for our builder. I would recommend them and use them again in the future!

Five days later I still have not heard from anyone. I would recommend not using this company based on their lack of interest responding.
